Codifying Roe vs. Wade

As of April 3rd 2025 at least 7 women have been publicly identified as having died due to a lack of access to Reproductive care and abortion restrictions since 2021; 4 in Texas, 2 in Georgia, and 1 in Indiana. Not a single woman should be denied access to this life-saving care. In the United States, Women's health research is already severely underfunded, and continuing to make women a second-class citizenry by denying their right to healthcare does not make us an advanced nation, it makes us a backwards one. I want to codify access to reproductive healthcare, and criminalize the harassment of women receiving and professionals providing that healthcare. We must stand firmly to defend our Wives, Mothers, Sisters and Daughters from bigots who want to control their bodies.

Rest in Peace to those who have lost their lives due to a lack of accessible Reproductive Care:

I sincerely hope this list will stop here, but due to abortion restrictions in 21 States, and outright bans in 13 States, I do fear that this list will grow, and will be updated as more information comes to light.
