NO on the Orange Heights Development

The Irvine Company has been trying since 2005 to turn our natural landscape into a single-family housing development, putting wildlife at risk, expanding urban sprawl, and increasing the likelihood of wildfires in the area. Despite the Environmental Impact Report being nearly 2 decades old, and the project facing wide opposition, the local city council has continued to push the project. I stand against this threat to our natural landscape and say that if we want to tackle the housing crisis, building expensive single-family housing is not the answer.
